  1. What if I’m a complete beginner or just getting back into fitness? Realistic Gains is still great & super helpful for you! The workout programs, nutrition goals, and coaching are based on where you’re starting from. AND I’m here to help you get started (and stay consistent)!

  2. Can I ACTUALLY eat pizza (any fun foods) and still make progress? Absolutely! That’s exactly what Realistic Gains (and myself) are all about. Working in the foods and experiences you love, while still making progress. You will learn how to work in the foods you enjoy and still hit your goals!

  3. What equipment do I need? As long as you at least have a pair of dumbbells, you’re good to go! All workout programs within Realistic Gains include a gym & at-home (dumbbell) version of the workout.

  4. How long are the workouts? 30-60ish Minutes. If you’re short on time, let me know & I’ll go over what changes/tweaks to make to the program, so that you can still get in really good workouts, that still lead to progress. Also, the programs come in 3, 4, & 5 day versions so you can find the best option to fit your life and your schedule.

  5. What if I have a “bad” week or go on vacation? That’s what this program is for! I want you to live your best life AND I also know that not every week will be perfect. We talk through how to stay on track (or get back on track) in those situations. AND we have the check-ins every week (along with me being here to help at any time) to make sure you feel good and keep the fitness momentum going (in a realistic way), no matter what is going on!
